This article introduces a process and device for the production of industrial-grade sodium metabisulfite from flue gas desulfurization. The process uses industrial sodium sulfite with a content of more than 85% to absorb flue gas, control the pH value of the absorption liquid, and when the end pH value reaches 3.9-4.1, NaHSO3 is generated, and industrial-grade sodium metabisulfite is obtained by crystallization. The absorption liquid is Na2SO3 solution, and the crystallization mother liquid is mixed with the absorption liquid. The process described in this technology adopts a simple and feasible method to effectively reduce sulfate precipitation, improve the yield of industrial-grade sodium pyrosulfite, and effectively promote the industrialization of industrial-grade sodium pyrosulfite prepared by flue gas desulfurization. 同题参见

The side of the filter box is movable with a fixing plate. The front and rear sides of the fixing plate are respectively fixed with a fixing box and a fixing frame located in the filter box.
